Dr. Jim Newheiser is the pastor of Grace Bible Church in Escondido, a NANC Fellow, and has been the director of IBCD since 2006.  He has authored You Never Stop Being a Parent, Opening Up Proverbs, coauthored When "Good" Kids Make Bad Choices:  Help and Hope for Hurting Parents with Elyse Fitzpatrick and Laura Hendrickson, and developed numerous biblical counseling syllabi and resources.  He is a founding member of FIRE and a well-known international speaker.

Wayne Mack

    Wayne is a charter member of NANC as well as an executive board and academy member.  He spends 9 months out of the year in Africa doing counseling training, and the other three months in the US doing the same through Strengthening Ministries International.  He teaches graduate modules each July at the Master's College and Seminary.

George Scipione is the founder of IBCD and currently is serving as the director of the Biblical Counseling Institute at Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary (RPTS) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He has authored The Sword and the Shovel, Timothy, Titus & You:  A Workbook for Church Leaders, as well as numerous biblical counseling syllabi.

Martha Peace

Martha is a gifted teacher and exhorter.  She worked for eight years as a biblical counselor at the Atlanta Biblical Counseling Center on Old National Highway, College Park, Georgia, where she counseled women, children, and teenagers.  For the past five years she has presented workshops on various biblical counseling issues for women at the national conference for N.A.N.C.  She also instructed for 6 years at Carver Bible Institute and College in Atlanta where she taught women's classes including "The Excellent Wife," "Raising Kids Without Raising Cain," "Introduction to Biblical Counseling," "Advanced Biblical Counseling," "Personal Purity," and "The Book of Esther."  Martha has authored a workbook, Raising Kids Without Raising Cain, and books entitled The Excellent Wife, The Study Guide to The Excellent Wife,and Becoming a Titus 2 Woman.
