The Introduction to Biblical Counseling curriculum is the best way to better understand the principles involved in nouthetic counseling.  It is thirty hours of material and can be studied for personal benefit or as part of pursuit of NANC certification. 

There are three ways to cover this material.  Completion of any of the following methods will meet the Phase 1 step 1 requirement of a basic training course at a NANC approved training center.

1. Live: 

The Introduction to Biblical Counseling is offered live every year before our Summer Institute.  It is also common for it to be offered as a seminar at other times during the year in various locations.  If you would like to have the Introduction to Biblical Counseling taught in your area, gather a group of thirty or more interested participants and call our office at (760) 747-9252 to see about scheduling an event.

2. DVD:

The presentation of this material has been recorded and is available for purchase on DVD.  If you are interested in purchasing these materials, please refer to our DVD section.

3. MP3: 

All of the introduction material is available for download as MP3 files in our Audio Resources section. You can also download the syllabus and follow along as you listen to the lectures.
